Warranty Policy



Austin Neon, LLC LIMITED WARRANTY

Applicable to all OPEN, Business & Custom neon signs Transformers purchased from Austin Neon are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of one to two years from the date of purchase dependent upon the neon sign purchased. We warrant that glass tubing will perform as intended, meaning the neon will not dim or have mercury migration causing the neon to darken but do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows: If upon delivery (and following the instructions for plugging in and testing) the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-873-8814 or customerservice@austinneon.com and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement neon or transformer will be warranted for one - two years depending upon the product purchased. Once we are contacted we will make arrangements for UPS to pick the package up and return to Austin Neon for repair or replacement. Please allow 2-3 business days for evaluation/repair/replacement at which time you will receive a UPS tracking # which will inform you of when to expect the re-delivery of your neon sign.

Our warranty does not cover breakage of glass tubing resulting from events outside of Austin Neon's control, except during original shipping of the sign to you. Events outside of Austin Neon's control include alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.

Warranty Policy
It is imperative that you keep all original packing for the duration of the warranty period. If you should discard these packaging materials and a cause for return occurs we will have to charge you for the cost of new packaging to be sent to you for the return of the sign. This information is repeated again clearly on the packaging upon receipt of the neon sign originally.

There are No refunds, no exchanges all sales are final.

Transformers & Electrical components There are no refunds or exchanges on "purchased" transformers & electrical components. Some transformers carry a 1 year warranty and are noted as such on our website. All premium transformers carry a 2 year warranty. Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.If the transformer is found to be defective a replacement transformer will be shipped at Austin Neon's expense.

Neon Bar Signs Warranty Policy
All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for plugging in and testing) the sign does not light, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-873-8814 or customerservice@austinneon.com. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for pick up and return of the sign for repair or replacement. Please allow 2-5 days to return the repaired or a replacement sign. Warranty:All beer/bar neon signs carry a 1 year warranty from date of purchase warranting that the transformer will not fail and the neon will not dim or darken. Premium transformers carry a 2 year warranty. The warranty is based on product being returned for evaluation in both the original inner and outer boxes along with all original packing materials in place. Product not returned in its original packaging will null & void the original warranty. In addition, the return shipping fees and any repair charges will be the responsibility of the customer. You must contact our customer service department for an Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) prior to shipping the product back to us. Your return authorization number must be clearly visible on the outside of the carton that is being returned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Please allow Austin Neon 2-5 days to evaluate/repair and re-ship the repaired or replacement sign to you.

With Original Packaging Warranty from 30 days to 1 year: If a sign fails for any reason after 30 days of receipt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the sign to us for evaluation. This will be on our UPS account which affords you the lowest possible cost for shipping plus the insurance for shipping neon UPS will honor breakage during shipping if done on our account.The charge to return your sign (with the original packaging) is as follows. $69 Open and $89 Deco Signs cost to return $21.00 ·13 x 32 size sign cost to return $21.00 · 20 x 37 size sign cost to return $36.00 · 24 x 31 size sign cost to return $38.00

Without Original Packaging Warranty from 30 days to 1 year: If a sign fails for any reason after 30 days of receipt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the sign plus the purchase of the packaging materials. The entire sign must be returned for evaluation unless otherwise instructed by Austin Neon. Customers will purchase the packaging material from our inventory. Credit card billing authorization will be requested from the customer. The packaging material will ship to the customer so that the product can be returned (in the same type of packaging it was originally shipped in) for evaluation. UPS return labels, shipping instructions and the RMA # will be sent (via email). This will be on our UPS account which affords you the lowest possible cost for shipping as well as insurance for shipping neon. The charge to return your sign as follows ·$79 Open and $89 Deco Signs cost of shipping and packaging material is $ 21.00 ·13 x 32 size sign cost of shipping and packaging material is $56.00 ·20 x 37 size sign cost of shipping and packaging material is $81.00 ·24 x 31 size cost of shipping and packaging material is $83.00 The applicable charges must be billed prior to issuing a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #). An authorization to bill your credit card will be requested (via email).
