Shipping & Returns

Returns and Repairs
By purchasing our products, you enter into a full agreement of the following:

Sales
All sales are final after payment or credit verification has been approved. Due to the
nature of neon there are no returns or exchanges allowed.

All Products
Customer is responsible for immediately opening carton and inspecting for concealed damage and
notifying the manufacturer (Austin Neon) within 24 hours (one business day) of receipt of product
of any damage noticed upon arrival. You are instructed on the sheet that comes with the carton to
first plug in your sign before removal of the seal. Plug into a 110 volt outlet (not a power strip)
to test your signs. If the sign stays illuminated for 30 seconds you can disconnect and proceed to
open your sign for hanging or wall mounting. Austin Neon will warranty shipping damage but only
if we are notified within the prescribed 24 hour time frame. It will be at the discretion of Austin
Neon to determine based on the report from customer whether to repair or replace

Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping
All shipping is done via UPS ground. Contact Austin Neon for rates for next day
day and two day air. Palletized freight will be shipped via Roadway or Fed Ex.

Hawaii & Alaska
All orders will be shipped via UPS 2 day air. Please contact us for rates.

Payment method
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Prepaid company check, Personal check
Cashiers Check, Money Order. No COD's

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only collected for residents of the state of Texas at 8.25%

Provisions of Warranty

Warranties do not cover the following conditions: damage or defects
caused by the failure to provide a suitable and responsible installation environment for the product,
damage caused by impact from other objects, vandalism, damage or defects resulting from acts of
nature, misuse, abuse, mishandling, misapplication or faulty wiring, damage or defects caused by
disturbances or surges in the electrical service, unauthorized attachments, alterations or modifica-
tions or improper maintanence.

Risk of Loss
Austin Neon will arrange for shipment of ordered product to the Customer, Free On
Board (FOB) shipping, via UPS meaning title to the product & risk of loss passes to the customer
